Reviews and Ratings
Staying at this hotel was quite a memorable experience. The onsen was the highlight, providing a really relaxing experience after a day of exploring. The location is beautiful, right by a rushing stream, and the view from my room was fantastic. However, the stairs to access the cottage were a bit inconvenient with luggage, and the limited Wi-Fi accessibility was another drawback. Overall, it's great value for money with spacious accommodations.
I had a wonderful stay at this hotel situated near Kinugawa Onsen Station, with a lovely view of the river. The rooms were well-maintained and comfortable, providing great value for what I paid. While the onsen facilities were fantastic, I did have to navigate a few stairs to my cottage. Overall, it felt like a peaceful retreat, although internet access was limited to the lobby area.
I had a mixed experience at this hotel. While the onsen facilities were enjoyable and the service was accommodating, there were significant issues with the room condition and dining setup that left me disappointed. Overall, I appreciated certain aspects but wouldn't call it ideal for everyone.
I had an incredible time at this hotel, thanks to the beautiful onsen experience and lovely view of the river. The location is very convenient, just a short walk from the train station. However, the rooms are a bit outdated and could use some maintenance. With limited Wi-Fi and a few stairs to navigate to the accommodations, it wasn't perfect, but the great value made up for it overall.
The hotel is situated conveniently close to Kinugawa Onsen Station, making it easy to explore the area. The rooms were spacious and clean, providing a comfortable stay. However, the dining experience left something to be desired, and the onsen facilities felt a bit crowded and dated at times. Nonetheless, the overall value for money is quite good, especially considering the pleasant river view from the room.
